She has launched multiple ventures, weathered market shifts, navigated complex systems, and grown brands from scratch into trusted names. Her approach to business is grounded in clarity, courage, and strategy. She brings all three, alongside an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Dedo believes in doing business with heart, but she also knows it takes grit. Systems, tools, discipline, and vision are the essentials she teaches and embodies in every venture she leads.
Beyond meetings and presentations, she is deeply grounded in faith and family. Her joy comes from meaningful relationships, soul-nourishing conversations, and the peace of returning home to her four beloved fur babies, unexpected companions on this journey.

Entrepreneurship runs through Dedo’s story. She founded Adeko Minds in 2006, a full-service marketing and events agency serving both multinational and emerging brands. In 2012, she launched Niche, a luxury gifting and lifestyle brand rooted in beauty, thoughtfulness, and intentional design. She also created Every Detail, a boutique event company known for its immersive experiences.
Her philanthropic passion led to the founding of Orange Hearts, a charitable initiative that offers long-term educational support to underprivileged children. From the moment a child is welcomed into the program, Orange Hearts walks with them through every stage, right up to university. It is a personal mission for Dedo, grounded in her heart for lasting impact.
Every brand, platform, and movement she has built began as a response to something she saw, felt deeply, and chose to change through creativity, precision, and care.
Dedo serves as an Executive Committee Member of the CEIBS Ghana Alumni Chapter and is a Class Committee Team member in her Global Executive MBA program at CEIBS, ranked among the top business schools globally.
She is also a former Executive Committee Member of the Executive Women Network (EWN) and the founder of TrueLife World, a personal development platform inspiring mindset shifts, leadership, and deep, soulful transformation.
Her leadership style is marked by intentionality, clarity, and warmth. Dedo leads with empathy, but never without vision. She believes leadership is not about position, it is about transformation.
Over the years, Dedo has helped aspiring and established entrepreneurs find clarity, structure, and courage. Through The Founder’s Path, her signature business-building framework, she guides visionaries in turning ideas into strategic plans and sustainable, purpose-led enterprises.
Her first course, Business Vision, is already live and equipping entrepreneurs to refine their ideas and build with confidence. Her high-touch consulting offerings provide further structure and insight for those ready to grow. Soon, she will launch The Phoenix Club, a curated community for founders committed to building meaningful, impactful work.
